3 Keys To Real Transformation

Read this only if you’re serious about this year being the best year.

During our latest live book club we discussed 3 key concepts that will ground and motivate you on your journey to optimal wellness. This concepts are so important that I couldn’t resist sharing them with you.

1. Desiring Better Is Not Selfish

Whether you are historically a high achiever or if you happen to be experiencing diversity. There is nothing wrong with wanting to experience a better version of life. In Genesis 1:26 the Bible tells us that God created us in His image…That means that we were designed to be great and do great things! It’s ok to lean into it and stretch beyond our comfort zones.

2. Blame vs. Responsibility

If you’re breathing there will unavoidably be unexpected negative events in life, situations that are outside of your control will control will always exist. The key to moving beyond them and truly experiencing transformation is solely dependent on what you believe about the situation. Accepting responsibility instead of remaining stuck in the blame game empowers you to make the choices and take the actions to move yourself forward. When you accept responsibility you get to decide what happens next!

3. Daring To Be All In

Your comfort zone will kill you. Your dreams, self-confidence, purpose and sense of fulfillment will die if you continue to operate in your comfort zone. Being fully committed means that even when you’re thrown off track, and even when you fall off the wagon you know that staying down isn’t an option! Switching your mindset from what if I something goes wrong to what if I succeed and living in that space.
