Let It Go, Let It Go

I often use the following example with my clients. I begin by asking them to hold multiple objects for me. Next I pile on a few more items to their already full arms. Once they are unable to hold anything else I offer them a “gift” that I picked out especially just for them. 

At this point most realize the analogy that I am making. If your hands are full of issues, criticisms, stressors etc. then they are not available to accept peace, prosperity and confidence. 

Use the following steps and questions to help you identify what to hold on to and what to let go of. 

1. Get clear of your current priorities 2. Establish clear boundaries in order to protect your priorities 3. Check in with yourself regularly- does this support or hinder the lifestyle I am trying to create 4. Does this add to or take away from my peace
