Do you need an immediate shake up, switch up or mood boost? Try making a deliberate change of scent! Yes I said scent. Plug in your favorite wall flower, plug in, burn your favorite candle or incense, place a few drops of essential oils in that diffuser and turn it on! 

Our olfactories are uniquely tied to our emotions so let’s exploit it in a way that benefits us!

A favorite of mine in lemon. It seems to bring me clarity, focus and positive feelings. Go ahead try it... your local health food store, earthfare, sprouts, etc are sure to have affordable bottles.
