This time of year is notoriously busier than any other time of year. We all have so many added responsibilities on our plates... Office parties, teacher gifts to purchase and ugly sweater contest to win! There is one action that we often forget to diligently continue and that's proper hydration. Especially if you live in a climate that is cooler during this time of year it may feel unnatural to drink the adequate amount of water. News flash!! Regardless of the temperature your body still requires water to function properly. I have recently had to remind myself of this. I found myself feeling groggy and not having as much energy as usual so I retraced my steps and discovered that I had slacked off on the things that were once routine ie. hydration.
