What if I told you that the happiness you've always dreamed of experiencing is one decision and a few simple steps away? You would probably think I'm pulling your leg, right? Well, I'm not and I'm going to give you the steps to begin experiencing that happiness right now! 

1. Be clear about what "Happiness" means to you. What does a happy life look and feel like to you? Take some time and outline the ingredients in your    version of Utopia? 

2.. Decide that you will make your happiness a top priority. You must begin spending time creating and experiencing aspects of the lifestyle you want more of. 

3. Eliminate things that take you away from your happy place. For example if your happiness includes getting 8 hours of sleep per night, you may have to decline late night party invitations. 

4. Be flexible with yourself. As we mature our idea concepts of happiness may change from time to time and that's perfectly ok! Happiness is a state of being that is unique and vastly different for every person on the planet.
