Meal Prep

 

Today's noteworthy prep was the Egg White Muffin

items needed:

1. muffin tins

2. coconut oil

3. mushrooms

4. onions

5. kale

6. egg whites

7. jalepeno **optional

8. garlic powder

9. Mrs. Dash Southwest seasoning

10. mozzarella chees

 

Directions:

coat the pan with coconut oil, fill muffin tins with vegetables, pour egg whites into tins, add seasoning and stir. Place tin in oven for approximately30 minutes, during last 5 minutes sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top until melted. Let cool and package for travel the next day.
